I paid for your service last month, and since then you have tried to charge me again and I’m am yet to receive anything. And since looking at this month’s selection, Id rather opt for a full refund thanks

Firstly let me give you a bit of an idea about how and why you have been charged.
When you sign-up a charge is automatically taken to secure your subscription. If you sign up after the 25th of the month (which you did) you are only eligible for the following months package. That being May’s package in this instance.
You have only been charged once – and that is for this package coming up (May’s Package). Following this all the payments will be made on the 25th of the month. So for June’s package you will be charged on the 25th of May and receive your package at the beginning of June.
I have been advised however, that my styling team sent you an email via the g-mail address you provided, giving you the option to receive April’s package as you only just missed the cut off date.
They have told me that they did not get a reply. Please see below the email sent to you upon sign up.
